Description Very handsome map of Italy, Sicily, Corsica & Sardinia shows hundreds of cities, towns and harbors and includes a small inset map of the City of Rome and a larger circular inset map of Rome and it's outlying suburbs, with it's hills and rivers and the Appian Way leading to the City Center. The map was intended to show Italy as it was in Roman times, but many of the names are still the same though the boundaries of States have changed over the centuries.
